I purchased my initial transportable travel kettle after staying at a 4 star hotel in Las Vegas which to my surprise did not have tea or coffee creating facilities in the room. I was shocked and unprepared for thisas I had turn into accustomed to seeing this as a standard complimentary feature but I guess a lot more and much more hotels are removing them from rooms to save funds and most likely to encourage you to spend their usually horrendous area service costs or get you into their cafes and restaurants in the morning.
